
Cooling (B.O.D.) incubators are especially designed to conduct life cycle testing, shelf life studies, general incubation and refrigerated storage. Temperature range adjustable from 5.0 to 6.0 C with micro controller based temperature indicator cum controller. Chambers are extensively used for seed testing, biological studies etc.
Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System: The cabinet of cooling incubators is insulated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. Interior of chamber is mirror finish Stainless Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) Mild Steel and the door has a magnetic gasket with a keyed door lock. Stainless steel trays are provided for storage inside. The cooling is effected by a hermitically sealed compressor of high quality. Complete Unit in total Stainless steel (Inside SS 316, 0.8 mm thick and outside SS 304,1 mm thick) is also manufactured by Skylab.
